Application process

Registration is closed, the deadline has passed.

Please note that there is a selection process for participation in our symposium. Successful applicants will be notified once the selection is complete (at the latest in May.) With the registration, you agree that upon acceptance of the application, you will pay the registration fee of €50 within two weeks.

The goal of this symposium is to initiate a peer network that will provide support beyond this first meeting.

We aim to inspire exchanges and opportunities in which we can learn from each other. We therefore will do our very best to establish a group of participants with diverse yet complementary geographic, scientific, and leadership experience and interests. 

Most importantly, we want to bring together people who are motivated to engage, and eager to share and learn.

The registration fee of €50 contains the costs for all coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, the use of conference facilities, and the conference shuttle bus. Accommodation and travel should be booked independently.
